Who We Are

SENSEA is a connected bra concept dedicated to breast cancer prevention.

The project stemmed from a worrying observation: despite awareness campaigns, many women do not receive regular monitoring, particularly outside of recommended medical checkups.

SENSEA is part of a connected health approach, offering a textile device integrating non-invasive sensors, designed for easy wear and seamless integration into daily life. The concept aims to create a discreet, comfortable, and reassuring tool that can support women in monitoring their breast health.

This project was developed through in-depth analysis combining technological innovation, market research, and public health considerations, in order to address a real need identified among users: having a simple, accessible, and credible solution to stay attentive to their health.

Our Mission

SENSEA's mission is to promote the early detection of breast cancer by encouraging more regular and confident breast health monitoring.

By enabling the earlier identification of certain potential abnormalities, SENSEA aims to reduce diagnostic delays, directing users to a healthcare professional as quickly as possible. This proactive approach can play a crucial role in medical care and significantly increase the chances of recovery.

SENSEA is positioned as a complementary prevention tool, not a replacement for clinical examinations, but a support to them. Our mission is also to demystify prevention, reassure users, and help them develop a more regular and confident relationship with medical follow-up.

Through this mission, we hope to contribute to more proactive prevention, where technology becomes an ally in the service of health and life.

Our Values

 Prevention First

We believe that prevention is a key factor in the fight against breast cancer. Encouraging regular monitoring allows for earlier intervention, before the disease progresses, and increases the chances of effective treatment.

Reliability and Medical Credibility

Trust is at the heart of SENSEA. Our project is based on a high standard of reliability, supported by research, scientific data, and a commitment to medical legitimacy. SENSEA aims to be a serious device, designed as a complement to existing care pathways.

Accessibility and ease of use

Prevention shouldn't be a burden. SENSEA is designed to be easy to use, non-invasive, and accessible to as many people as possible, encouraging the adoption of healthy monitoring habits, especially among younger women.

Compassion and peace of mind

Addressing breast health can be a source of anxiety. We place compassion at the heart of our approach, offering a reassuring experience focused on support and peace of mind rather than fear.

Meaningful innovation

Technology is only meaningful if it provides real value. SENSEA is committed to responsible innovation, where digital technology and connected devices are used to improve health, with a clear objective: to tangibly improve the lives of users.

Autonomy and empowerment

We want to enable women to become active participants in their health, by giving them tools to better understand, monitor and anticipate, while encouraging them to enroll in an appropriate medical pathway.

Our Story

The SENSEA project began as a school project, led by an all-female group.

It was October, a symbolic month marked by breast cancer awareness campaigns, and our brief was clear: to imagine an innovative concept with a strong CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) component.

Very quickly, our thinking focused on a topic that directly concerned us. As women, we became aware of the limitations of current screening methods, the lack of regular follow-up, and also the psychological, practical, and informational barriers that still too often hinder effective prevention.

Based on this observation, we decided to develop SENSEA from the ground up. From the initial idea to market research, including technological considerations, positioning, user experience, and communication strategy, each stage of the project was conceived collectively, with high standards and commitment.

As the work progressed, SENSEA became much more than a simple academic exercise. The project was built as a concrete response to a public health challenge, combining innovation, social responsibility and prevention, until it gave birth to a complete, coherent and meaningful concept: SENSEA.
